Small Vibration Sensor 4-137 CEC

4-137 is a vibration transducer that outputs a voltage signal proportional to the speed of vibration.

The 4-137 is a vibration transducer that outputs a voltage signal proportional to the velocity of vibration. Since the vibration velocity is proportional to the product of displacement and frequency, monitoring the vibration velocity allows for optimal detection of abnormalities in vibration. By using a special state-of-the-art bearing system, the usable time has been significantly extended. This vibration transducer is self-excited, has a high output level, and low output impedance, eliminating the need for special low-noise cables or charge amplifiers, thus simplifying the measurement system and enhancing reliability.

Ultra-small vibration sensor "Acceleration Vibration Pickup"

Solving challenges in vibration measurement! Achieving improved accuracy and cost reduction by pursuing materials.

The "Accelerated Vibration Pickup" is a compact vibration pickup sensor that uses MEMS semiconductor accelerometers suitable for FA equipment and machine tools. By incorporating MEMS technology and using plastic resin in part of its shape, it has successfully achieved miniaturization and cost reduction. The housing design allows for the characteristics of the sensor element to be fully utilized. 【Features】 ■ Supports a measurement range close to that of typical piezoelectric sensors, up to 10kHz ■ Cost-effective due to the adoption of MEMS semiconductors ■ Housing design that fully utilizes the characteristics of the sensor element ■ Miniaturization achieved by combining plastic resin as a sealing material ■ Compact dimensions of φ16× height 19mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
